Great swing seatThere was an issue with the package, but it was the courier service's fault. The customer service responded quickly and was fair.
About the swing seat.... The instruction is a nightmare... I mean it.. All the screws mixed up in one bag, you have to figure out which is which, and the only difference between them are few millimeters, and the picture doesn't help at all. However, the end result is worth it, perfect size and very comfortable.Posted on

Advanced DIYAgreed with all other comments, just wanted to say if you are not VERY skilled in assembling, ask somebody else to do it. It would not be complicated at all if the instructions were clear, and the most horrible thing is that all 6 or 7 sets of screws come all together in one bag, so you need some magician's skills too. However, I want to quote the sentence from one of the reviews above, and this is the key to put this swing together:
"When completing the 3rd stage - put the chair together first before attaching the sides or nothing with align correctly."Posted on

Very comfy and sturdyThis swing is really good once you have put it together! The bolts are different sizes but arnt labeled so you have to sort them out , the canopy needs a bit of muscle to put on but once on it’s solid ! The seat is a really good size For the money it’s great I would recommend this swing seat

Very pleasedArrived day before due date , love my new swing seat . Matches perfect with the garden table and chairs we have already . Us and did say no build instructions included but he did find a video on line . The price of this lovely garden swing is excellent

What a bargain!!Cannot find any faults with this garden swing. Arrived on time. Well packaged. Managed to assemble on my own (I'm 78). Looks brilliant. Totally satisfied. Unbelievable price too. If I had more room in my garden I would install a second.

Good product for the priceas others have said instructions are not great - basically there is no labelling on the screws so it is very hard to make sure you have the right screw for the part - mine came with a couple missing so had to go to local hardware store. looks pretty though but as it is only the start of the season we will see how we get on - a previous one I bought (not the same one) the seat broke after 18 months

It's great when it's upA degree in physics would be helpful when putting this swing seat up. It's quite complicated and the instructions are a bit vague. It took 2 of us quite a long time to put it up. Lots of strength was needed too especially fitting the roof canopy which was a really tight fit (a lump hammer was needed). Having said all that it's really nice now it's up and very comfy.... I love it !
