Satisfied customerProduct arrived on time and in perfect condition. Though requires hands on skill to put together, it gets quite easy after you’ve passed the 2nd step of the manual. Lovely breakfast barLovely breakfast bar. Was worried as a few reviews said it came with damage but arrived quickly and was not damaged. The only let down is one stool us uneven. Tried tightening loosening and just cannot get it to sit straight. Overall very happy with the bar itself.

Pre-drilled holes???I have wanted this in my kitchen for ages so was so excited when I finally ordered it. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected and I was able to assemble it on my own...almost! I noticed early on that one of the parts didn't have holes where the instructions said, I was able to rectify this as it was screwing into wood so with a bit of force, I managed it. Unfortunately I then got to the part where you assemble the feet. The metal tube that fastens to the unit and holds the legs on, had no holes drilled into it. I managed to finish the unit and balance it on the feet and immediately contacted the seller. They offered me £10 to drill the holes myself or said they could send me the part but it might take 30 days!!! The unit only took 5 days to be delivered. I explained that 30 days was too long and asked that they use the £10 towards faster postage. I then received another message saying they'd pay me £15 to drill the holes myself or I'd have to dismantle the unit and return it for a full refund!
I'm so, so disappointed. The unit is lovely and if the customer service had been good, I would have given 5 stars but I can't believe it's such a hassle to get the correct part. I've given up and told them to send me the £15. The unit is currently taped to the base with extra strong tape while I find someone to drill the needed holes.Posted on
