Solid itemWasn't sure about it but went for it. Considering the price the quality is good. The ratcheting mechanism is working very well. It's quite sturdy. It might sound weird but I'm using it on top of my bed to have better and closer position to watch movies on my new TV. It's quite stable and comfortable enough.
